Even making a loss,my withdrawal in unavailable in Horseforex.

Just a few hours after trading, I found that the slippage in the platform was a bit serious,stopping the trade.Having made a loss of more than100 USD,I applied for the withdrawal.But I couldn’t log into the backstage,with my account blocked.Neither the customer service nor the brokerage replies.Even making a loss or a profit,my withdrawal is unavailable in Horseforex!!!!!!! Is this Horseforex platform just pure money for the people? ? ? ? ? ? ! ! !
