Money has not yet arrived for days after withdrawn from GCG ASIA

On April 26, I withdraw money from GCG ASIA, and the official reply was that the money would arrive in T + 5 working days. But it has not arrived now. The official announcement has showed various excuses to delay the money withdrawing. In fact, no money is credited at all. It said there was something wrong with the third party payment. Then it said the accountant was replaced. Some investors have not received money for more than 20 days.
