The platform automatically cancels stop and the staff don’t solve the problem

The order with the pip of 7401 was made at 3:55 in the Friday morning. At 4 o'clock the quotations were fixed, which resulted in failure to close position. At 4:15 when the market suspended with pip at 7410, but my pip remained at 7399. That Invisibly increased my risk.
