Wrong stop loss hit

I have two accounts in FXopulance which I took a trade on the evening of 24/02/2024 and my wrong stop loss was hit from both my accounts due to which a lot of amount was deducted from both my accounts. My request to FX opulence here is to refund the wrong amount. I also mailed them to their support mail but they did not reply.
