I can't withdraw money, IG VIP said it would help

I requested a withdrawal from the IG VIP platform and I still haven't received it even though I'm a vip. After the complaint they sent me an email explaining that they would handle the withdrawal and that they had an issue on their platform, they asked me to wait as they would send a notification to all customers cannot withdraw their money.
