Request money when applying for withdrawal

When I sent a withdrawal request from my trading account, the account information showed that the withdrawal was made from the account, but the person in charge informed me that ``I was able to withdraw money, but I cannot exchange money.'' , and an amount equal to the withdrawal request amount was requested to resolve the issue, and the remittance process to another account was interrupted.
