I CANNOT RECOVER MY INVESTMENT

Hello how are you? I'm trying to withdraw money from team validus and it won't let me. I invested 250 usd in one account and 50 usd in each other. Supposedly I could withdraw and it won't let me. I have the money in the Gift Wallet and there is no way to transfer it anywhere other than sending it from account to account. I need to recover the money invested.
