Profit is automatically deducted and unable to withdraw

I traded on the Errante platform and made a profit of nearly 24,000 USD. The platform operator blocked all my accounts because of a system error, and refused to return my principal. I was not allowed to log in to take screenshots of the evidence, customer service and Facebook & Instagram also blocked me. Is it a regular platform operation? This company treats users like this, and this company also forcibly closed my account because there is still a floating loss that limits me to closing orders for 20 hours. It is not the first time this company’s system has a problem. I have traded for two years and encountered it three times, but there is no consequence. If my issue was not resolved today, and another trader will encounter the same problem. I hope a third-party person can handle this matter.
