I made a deposit of sixty thousands in May 2020 and it was said that it has to wait due to system upgrade when I want to withdraw in June. They keep using this excuse to delay every time I ask them. Now, the website is already closed and Hong Kong Gold and Silver Exchange Society also displays that Guotai is suspended from trading. I find Hong Kong Gold and Silver Exchange Society, but they said that they do not have management authorities. Does Hong Kong Gold and Silver Exchange Society only take care of accepting money?
