Threaten customers to close their accounts
Because I used Revolut to deposit 100, the platform showed that it did not support it. In the end, the platform only returned 70 euros to me. I have been fighting for benefits, and there is no result after a month of tossing. In the end, I guess the customer service was annoyed by me and started questioning my ip address. they haven’t asked about it for years, but now they don't solve the refund problem, but instead questioning the user, threatening me by closing my account (anyway, I don’t use this platform anymore, it doesn’t matter, but everyone should be cautious about their problem-solving attitude!)

因为用revolut入金100不支持,最后只退回70欧一直争取利益折腾了一个月还没有结果,最后客户估计被我烦到了 开始质问我的ip问题 注册了一年了不问现在不解决退款缺少金额问题反而质问用户关闭账户威胁(反正我已经不用这个平台了无所谓但是这个解决问题的态度大家慎重!)
