There is a 10000-pip slippage with Novox . The customer service hasn’t replied to me for 10 days.
My complaint is yet to be addressed for 10 days. On February 25th, the price of USD/CHF was 0.9790. I failed to take profit and clicked to close position, while the closing price was 0.89178, a 10000-pip slippage existing that caused $10000 losses. I contacted them, but no one replied me on phone or email.

投诉第10天还没处理：NOVOXFX平台，2月25日，美瑞的价格0.9790，止盈价到了几次都没有成交，接着我点了平仓，平仓价竟然为0.89178，滑点约10000点，造成我一万美元的损失。多次联系，电话不接，邮箱不回复。
